Latte or Macchiato?

This is a tough choice but I'll take a Hazelnut Macchiato for this coffee date. (Have you seen the Starbucks commercial for these?! Yum) And since its a girls coffee date let's splurge and get one of those huge muffins that always look so yummy and split it.

So are ya good? Work? The fam? Anything new?

I'm good. Life has been so busy lately: weddings, wrapping up the school year, catching up with friends, planning vacations. It's been good though. I definitely have a lot coming up I'm looking forward to: a trip to Austin to see friends that moved last summer, a trip to Savannah to see one of my best friends and her husband, a friend/coworkers wedding, and maybe a trip to NYC with my momma (wink wink**).

Personal life wise…the single life is good. I am learning to embrace the season God has me in, not always the easiest, but I can definitely tell God is doing something in me through this. Enjoying every bit of girl time I can have. I will say the crazies have come out of the woodwork. People love to play matchmaker these days! I have random women at church, and old coworkers trying to set me up. I haven't met prince charming yet, but if you know any single girls looking for Mr. Quirky, Mr. Party Boy, or Mr. Likes to be set up by his Mommas Best Friends, come find me….I know a guy.

On the work front: Work is….exhausting these days. You may have read in my post last week how worn out I was. I have literally the BEST CLASS EVER. No lie, my kids are golden, but I have learned that no matter how golden my kiddos may be spring still makes them c-r-a-z-y. And 20 crazy 5 and 6 year olds makes for an exhausted teacher, but I am soaking up every minute with them because I am going to miss them so much this summer.

Hmmmm what else…OH! Did I mention how amazing you are and how much I appreciate you? No seriously. I had no idea when I started this blog what a passion it would become. So thank you for coming back here day after day to keep up with my randomness. Who knew you could have friends you've never met or actually heard their voice before? Y'all are amazing.

Anything else you want to know while we're on our coffee date? I'd love to answer your questions in our next coffee date if you have any.
